  • 1 in-home nursing visit per month (up to 90 minutes)

  • Direct-line access during business hours (7 days a week)

  • Same-business-day response to all messages and clinical questions

  • Annual comprehensive health assessment and personalized care summary

  • Medication review and reconciliation at each visit

  • IV therapy discount (20% off all standalone IV sessions)

  • Care coordination and referral facilitation as needed

  • Additional nursing visits (As needed) can be added at $125.00 per visit (up to 60 minutes)

Tier II — Premium Clinical Care Plan MOST POPULAR

Comprehensive support for your whole health

  • 2 - 3 in-home nursing visits per month (up to 90 minutes each)

  • Direct-line access, extended hours (7 days a week)

  • Priority same-day response to all messages and urgent questions

  • One appointment accompaniment per month (within Greater Boston service area)

  • Quarterly proactive health reviews with written summary

  • IV therapy discount (20% off all standalone IV sessions)

  • Wellness coaching session included quarterly

  • Additional nursing visits (As needed) can be added at $125.00 per visit (up to 60 minutes)

Tier III — Elite Concierge Nursing Plan

  • 1 - 2 in-home nursing visits per week

  • 24 / 7 direct-line access

  • Unlimited appointment accompaniment within the Greater Boston and North Shore region

  • Monthly IV therapy session included (your choice of drip formulation)

  • Annual wellness labs

  • Full care coordination and patient advocacy

  • Monthly wellness coaching session included

  • Annual comprehensive health portfolio (full review, care summary, and wellness plan)

  • Priority travel and event nursing available upon request (additional fee may apply)

  • Additional nursing visits (As needed) can be added at $110.00 per visit (up to 60 minutes)

All membership plans are billed monthly and require an initial intake consultation fee of $150.00. Membership is limited in availability to ensure I am never overextended and you are never an afterthought.
